A Passion for Massage and Healing

My passion is to help you reach your health and wellness goals! Originally from Germany, I left a stressful career where I worked as a CPA. I moved to San Diego, CA and I found my passion for massage and quickly earned my Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) certification. 

Believing that learning is a lifelong quest, I continually take classes, workshops, and training to increase my knowledge of massage and to offer my clients a variety of effective healing modalities. I specialize in deeply relaxing my clients using different techniques, which I blend into my unique style to address the body with a gentle yet amazingly effective touch.

As part of my continuing education, I studied Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute International and received my Holy Fire Reiki master's designation through the International Center for Reiki Training. After moving to the Pacific Northwest, I added extensive education in injury treatment to my massage modalities while studying body mechanics, myotherapy, and massage school.

I have worked for over a decade at boutique spas, such as the L'Auberge Del Mar in Del Mar, California, and the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, Carlsbad, California. Throughout my career, I've dedicated each client's well-being and healing as my number one priority and goal. 

I currently serve the greater Olympia, Washington area.
